How long does it take for post surgery swelling to settle down?

I’m getting Trimax + implants in the summer, I know swelling peaks around the two week mark but how long does it take for swelling to be passable. I’m going to be going on a trip a month after my surgery and I don’t want to look like a bloated subhuman
