How long does it take till calories are processed?

I was at supermarket and bought some cookies and ate them. My parents will leave in an hour and i could puke them out but is that still in the time frame or to late`?

like 3 hours, just because the calories are "processed" it doesn't mean that weight is immediately gained, excess glucose and fructose take time to be converted to fat in the liver, your body will attempt to bring your blood sugar down so it won't lead to fat storage
