Yes, I read that when researching, i'm pretty white so don't want to get too tan and i'm already on reta so don't want extra appetite suppression from mt2, so i think mt1 is better for me
mt1 takes a couple weeks to see decent results, even quicker if you have very light / pale skin and if you do it alongside UV exposure. 250mcg daily should be absolutely PLENTY for good tanning. some people say that even this is too much lmao. you can up the dosage if you feel like it isn't enough, but do it in increments. then obviously after a few weeks, you do your maintenance a few times a week / weekly. good luck sir

also, not 2.5mg brother, 0.25mg. be careful when dosing, especially things like this, you don't want to be a walking cancer cell.lolll my bad , i do 2.5mg for my reta, but on my 1/ml insulin syringe its labeled as 0.2ml so thats what i meanti get you
