milk is very sensitive lets understand how it works if you leave it outside it can just grow into bacteria milk spoils very fast, it won't turn into raw cheese at all

if you want to make raw cheese just search up a recipe but don't leave it outside
mark as a solution if you found this helpful

By outside do you mean indoors?

If not, you should keep it indoors. Use glass jar covered with a breathable cloth, cheesecloth and coffee filters work, just make sure the lid of the glass is sealed with the cloth and use a rubber band :Smartge:

You should aim for 1 day to 3 days, in 70°-75°f , which like 21°-24° in c, it should look almost like a gel, shouldn't stick to the jar, just pulls away cleanly.

Pour it into another glass jar and let it sit for about an hour or 2 and make sure the consistency is like jello or sum shit. Use a strains/colander until you've got the desiredd consistency that you want.

If it's got mold or smells like shit, it's most likely shit and you did it wrong
