How long does the the covid vaccine stay in system and blood??

I got vaccinated forcefully 2.5 years ago, with Sinovac, some Chinese vaccine which was quite famous and recommend by most doctors in Pakistan, I was hesitant, but since it was a mandatory requirement for my job, i had to go through with it.

I've haven't felt any different physically after vaccine however I've heard some people had side effects shown after few years.

What could be the potential side effects of this vaccine?? And is there anyway to completely eliminate its effects from the blood??

It is probably out of your body by now but some trash may be remaining. Like blood clots and shit it created.

But the one I took was a Chinese vaccine Sinovac, since it was Chinese there must be some sort of herbal aspect to it in light of Chinese medicine ??? plus I heard it's the least harmful as compared to other vaccines.

The sinovac vaccine doesn't use MRNA tech so you're probably fine
