How long for Glucosamine to work

Do i have to continually take glucosamine for a few weeks to have an effect in maintaining spinal height from morning or only on days i want to maintain my morning height?

And in the evening?
something less maybe like 184 or 183 im just wondering if u have to keep taking glucosamine to maintain the spinal heigh or on the day itself it works when u take it so i dont have to take every day

im 186 barefoot, my posture is horrible so i want to fix it then maintain the morning height with glucosamine
Stretch, i am 187cm and 185 in the evening, just stretch for posture, in my case scoliosis cucks almost 5cm tho

i have anterior and tight hip flexor i think from the way i train,
any specific stretches u have in mind??? or playlists posts

One effective stretch is the kneeling hip flexor stretch. Kneel on one knee, engage your core, and lean forward slightly to feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Another good one is the standing quad stretch, where you grab your ankle and gently pull your heel towards your glutes. These stretches can help
