Do i have to continually take glucosamine for a few weeks to have an effect in maintaining spinal height from morning or only on days i want to maintain my morning height?

One effective stretch is the kneeling hip flexor stretch. Kneel on one knee, engage your core, and lean forward slightly to feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Another good one is the standing quad stretch, where you grab your ankle and gently pull your heel towards your glutes.
