It’s been 5 weeks on cut so far. I’m doing 400-600 calorie deficit but this week I’ve had 2 days where I’ve been out with family and eaten a bunch of shit which put me in a 700 surplus and on the other day a 900 surplus. Have I fucked up and lost weeks or not pls tell me

So 2 days surplus = 1 month gone?
No I'm just exaggerating, if you meant 400-600 calorie deficit a DAY along with cardio and/or lifting for 45 minutes to an hour that's an easy week of consistency.
