I sometimes have mind blanks randomly, like it seems time skips a few seconds without me realising. Like its 00:14:30 i blink and its 00:16:00. Neuro guys think its like a mini nap

I've had similar experiences, but when I attempt to empty my mind, I somehow end up having a short burst of panic instead.
