I have a vial of retatrutide and I’m planning to reconstitute it with bac water for weekly injections. I know that once reconstituted, its not stable forever, but I’m unclear on the exact timeframe.

assuming proper handling it will be safe for at least 28 days. after that point it becomes a risk, but its not guaranteed to be bad. you can choose to still inject, but watch out for any signs that things are different from normal, especially soreness or redness. if anything feels remotely wrong after the 4 week period, you should assume it has gone bad and throw it out. a trip to the ER is more expensive than another vial
