How long it takes to grow the neck?

Like a couple months if you are actively bulking you will have results, but also you are going to look like a chud for a while after bulk if you not pinning

On Instagram I heard people saying it takes about 3 months of neck curls to see results. I've been doing neck curls using my bed for about 1 month and a half and I'm yet to see noticeable results. I did lose weight in the last 50 days though so my neck naturally got thinner, as did my face.

I'll put my laptop inside my bag and use it as a weight for the curls. Hopefully it'll help.
