How long it took you to grow your neck?

I'm training my neck for a couple of months now but the progress is slow, less than 1 cm thicker

Only time when it looks thick is when it's pumped up during training, but ofc it doesn't stay that way

What you been doing for it?

And many do neck curls wrong, they barely lift it with their neck, it’s like they use their back to help lift it.

I usually train neck 4-5 times a week, one day neck curles and neck extension with 10 kg plate for 25 reps for 3 sets

And next one pushing neck against the wall and seated shrugs, so I switch between those 2 routines


Although shrugs I only started recently

Maybe too much volume/not resting. do 3x a week or one day on one day off and just do all the exercises at once so you can work muscle hard then rest, instead of constantly working it less hard with less time to recover

Can you train Neck everyday?

Gained a whole inch in a week just look up videos on youtube, it shouldnt take u more then a month to have ur neck completely trained, ur just low T or doing it wrong
