how long should i start hcg into my test cycle

been on 250 test e for 6 days now, just got my hcg, all my research i have done has said to take hcg 4 weeks into cycle is this correct ?

You don’t really need to wait 4 weeks. Just start low‑dose HCG now (around 250 IU 2–3x per week) alongside your test
