How long should I use hgh

Ok I finally got my hands on some hgh i am planning on 5 IU but how long should I do it because I’m just gonna take it until the end of puberty. So what would be a good cycle and or other things I should take to optimize it . I’m also late tanner 3 so the doctor said I’m gonna finish puberty much later because I’m 15 1/2.
