How long should I wait to put Benz Peroxide 5.5 % on my skin after doing a chemical Peel ( level 1)

Wtf is a 10% peel, I used otc 12% the first time I used glycolic acid, worked great
 
Isnt bp cope after 3%?

Heard its the same to use 3% compared to 10%
