if you would read a little more thats if you dont move all day because thats just what your body burns. if your walking 40-50k steps a day your body will burn so much fat. its also recommending eating a healthy amount. how do you not know how to read or research?

There's a lot of factors that determine that, your current weight, height, environment etc etc,. But I'd say a few months. Try going on a calorie deficit

lets say u are an average person with a tdee of 2200 u walk 40k steps to raise that 3800 and u eat 800 cals that leaves u with 3000 cals one kg of fat is ~7700kcal so in this week u will be in a deficit of 21000 cals or around 2.8kg of fat not to account for the shit ton of muscle u will lose. U are such a retard
