How long should the inflamation from bonesmashing last?

The inflamation only lasts about 20 minutes for me, is it supposed to be longer if yes what am i doing wrong? I put photos of me, b4 is two months ago and after is a week old ik the angles are not really the same but i aint got other photos

damn do you know what could be the possible cause of mine lasting so shortly

bc you didn’t hit hard but for safety i recommend to do it consistently ed for long period of time instead of doing it too hard and wait 2 days the swallow to go away
