I probably should’ve clarified but I’m saying how long to see results I mean like how long should a session be
3 sets per spot per session. 3 sessions per day spread out about maybe 100 reps per sesh. it all depends on how it feels. SpectrumAesthetics made a good guide on this. I would suggest you look it up.

Arlight here is the sauce but give me rep nigga.

Bonesmashing is generally seen as a cope because microfractures mostly just make the bone denser and stronger where it was hit, not bigger. People often point to fighters, tennis players, and other athletes with big cheekbones or jaws as proof, but that can just as easily be explained by genetics, low body fat, bigger jaw muscles, or years of HGH use. HGH can make bones bigger, but it happens because GH/IGF-1 stays high throughout the whole body for years not because you're repeatedly hitting one spot.

People also like to cite https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7856798

but that's not what it shows. Your shin / legs has this thin layer covering your bones that contains the cells that build new bone That do NOT exist on your face. The paper found that if doctors surgically lift or slowly stretch that layer under very controlled conditions, it can grow new bone underneath.

Bonesmashing isn't that. Surgery essentially stretches your tendons, keeps the blood supply healthy, and lets the area heal over weeks. Bonesmashing is just repeated blunt force that causes bruising and sometimes fractures. They're completely different biological processes, so this study isn't evidence that hitting your cheekbones will make them grow.

What you'd want to look for is those shitty igf peptides or hgh at a low amount for years. You can see some actors who did see bone growth like chris hemsworth and some other niggas but it looks retarded.
