I don't know what my T levels were at the time, but I highly doubt they were over 700. This is 6 months of gym, compounds + some accessories. Obvious muscle gain, as well as around 20 pounds overall.

If you had not taken compounds and gained 20lbs of dry muscle I'd say that those would be stereotypical noobie gains for a malnourished individual such as yourself, and thus you'd be on track, but the fact that you took shit and that 20 pounds you put is comprised of a significant amount of water, I'd resort to roping. Either literally bottom of the barrel genetics for general muscle building (response to compounds/muscle hypertrophy), or bimbo Instagram fitness influencer tier of workout program and gym ethic.
