How long till bonesmash results normally show?

I bonesmashed insanely hard last week and my zygos were severely bruised, my parents thought i got Botox. I took a break until swelling went down and now today im gonna start again but light.

How long until results are showing from more lighter hits?

It depends what you mean but it will be a bit for the more permanent growth so don't expect anything crazy now
