I’ve been on hgh for a week now, was on 2 iu for 5 days, now its been a day since i’m on 3 IU, i have not noticed ANY changes no bloating, no better energy literally nothing, should i just upper the dose rightnow or just keep waiting and upper the dose by 1 iu every week?
