how long to reach 12% of bf. and what tactics should i use?

I'm 4 months on diet/gym 6x

I started with 21% bf with 81-82kg

Don't kill yourself with exercise cause it barely burns calories. Ideally you would lift 20-40 min 3-4x a week, cardio is optional and tbh not even very necessary. High protein diet and eat less than 2,000 kcal a day. That's the simplest way to put it, if u were to follow just that advice the weight would melt off weekly

Eat alot of popcorn and protiens and veggies

I'm training 30-45min a day/6x

I didn't do cardio once during the 4 months

I'm not counting calories, just a clean protein diet

^ this. been cutting on 1300 cals and my bodyfat is melting off my body. with lifting too of course and high protien. haven't lost muscle and i look great.:p
