How long to see results on test?

I feel ashamed even asking this question. I usually don’t like hand outs, and yet here I am. I don’t want to do research.
Because of my annoying question, i will make the text bigger to make it easier to read, as to not inconvenience you guys.
How long, in your experience or a friends, does it typically take to start seeing results, whether it be strength or physique, on test? like 400 weekly

im doing a really short cycle (like 3 months) due to money and shit and to see if i wanna run another
this is because It’s extremely inconvenient for me to store my hcg which is hidden in a fridge which only my mom, who would be the most likely to find my shit and go through stuff, uses
