I usually dont eat nothing in a day

sometimes I just eat like one meal or very low calories does that count

Food is a pollutant. Eat less the better
We are breatharians we can survive on air mostly

Starving is kinda shit

You can do large caloric deficits w/o a problem if you time your carbs properly and utilize pharmaceuticals.

How did you all manage to not eat at all for week or over
I meant like 4 or 5 days and the only reason is cus the food in the house wasnt worth the cals. If you do 1 day you just need to do another and the hunger is gone. Its mostly routine and boredom anyway, not hunger. I dont need to fast but i hate the feeling of food so i will go again, goodluck bhai :feelsokman:

Reaching the 3rd day is the hardest part, and afterwards the boredom of not tasting anything

FAsting preserves muscle mass and mainly focuses on fat, youd only lose muscle if you use them a lot during the fast or are already low bf

Idk, your used to doing it often so maybe, for me the first day is breaking the routine so its hard and after that it gets easier cus all cravings dissapear. Its easy if theres nothing to eat :AINTNOWAY:

Your body still needs amino acids for organs, enzymes and glucose. If u are body does not get enough protein it will take it from u muscles.
