Currently I'm 20-22% body fat and on my second day of not eating junk food, or eating Kfc, Macca's or pizza nearly every day. Without lifting weights and only 10k step's a day how long is it going to reach and maintain 15% body fat?
I don't have a gym membership currently because I'm not allowed to go so, I'll just have to do bodyweight exercise's, ab exercises and cardio to help lose weight to achieve 15% body fat. I'm also doing low-moderate cardio a day achieving 10-15k steps a day through jogging, brisk walking, and playing my favorite sport basketball.
