naturally 4+ years on gear 1+ years with insane eating. I don't suggest gear though it fucks with everything

Depends on if you are a hyper responder, a normie or a muscle cuck. How you eat, sleep, what your current FFMI is. Maybe its not even possible if your already near your FFMI max.

Physique is mostly cope, just be 8-12% bf, have wide clavicles and a small waist, and be 6ft+
