How long will it take my skin to clear up.

I’ve always had sever acne I’m 17 and I just started 40 mgs isotret. Like two weeks ago. Prior is was on tret and nt skin was still fucked but the best it’s been. Now I think it’s purging again from the deeper affects of isotret. White heads are occasionally popping up and my nose appears to have more blackheads. I have another appointment with doc soon and I think he gonna up the dose. Is it purging? If so how long till gets better? Lmk (rep me and I’ll rep back)
