hello, i just started my gym membership i already worked out two times and am starting to have a consistent diet,
Here is my diet:
1. breakfast a sandwich and some turkish coffee and two cigarettes to not get hungry until lunch
2. lunch is ONE plate of a type of meat and carb (today i will have fish and rice)
3. dinner is a sandwich or leftovers for dinner.
also maybe two or three more coffees through out the day and cigarettes.
I am 5'8 and 140 lbs.
I dont want to count my calories nor track my workouts since it is soooo gay and boring and makes me want to quit.
So how long will it take to lean naturally?
