Not really torture tbh, but i feel more slow, lower motivation and sluggish, walking more slowly and stuff like that. Any advice? Do you take any supplements?

i tried no carb for 2 weeks, never took more naps in my life. fucking waste of time

I'm no expert but seems like cutting to maybe 10% of your typical carb intake would be easier on your body and mind, on second thought that's beta asf, actually just don't eat anything, chad-hood awaits you. :ogre:

You should have gone more then a month
bro its fucking dumb. im losing weight easy on low 20% fat, 40% carb, 40% protein. and i still have energy to get through the day without passing out. also run 5k everyday.

Yeah im just experimenting with carnivore now, will see how it goes, if it fails then over

Well like 20g of carbs, zero carb is impossible cause even meats have tiny amounts
Thats too little, I experienced severe catabolism when I cut carbs to “zero” (only trace from meat). I ditched that fast and added milk to the diet and have been doing that since (1 l milk, so around 45 g carbs) . That amount is enough to be in an anabolic state but far too little lose leanness

But wouldn't those 45g of milk and maybe 20g from meat put you above 50 and out of ketosis?
