How long would it take to get the Till Lindemann physique? Naturally and juice (6'0, 190-220lbs) 15m

I am 15, me and Till are around the same height and weight (my estimate for Till is 205-215lbs) The difference is the physique, I have around like 25 to 28% body fat. Till was an Olympic swimmer but that doesn't matter all too much, I already wrestle so all that matters to me is the physique.

First off, I dont know so that's why I came here. This whole site is supposed to have answers to questions about a person's looks. Second, I'm 15 and this guy is around 28 to 30 in these pictures. I dont understand all of this other bs about macros and cals, obviously that stuff matters to some extent, but its not really relevant in this post. Im asking how long it would take to achieve this at 15, considering im eating right and working out on a regular basis every day.
 
Listen to my advice then, I'm one of the regulars on this subforum: You got a good base indeed. As a junior wrestler it shows ; barrel chest, thick arms and developed shoulders. I also think Till never touched the sauce (in these pictures at least), this physique is attainable naturally in a few years for you.

Thing is you're a teenager in your puberty and that amount of body fat makes you look soft. It raises your insulin sensitivity and prolactin levels. This isn't too bad in itself, strength and weight are major advantages in wrestling but for the gym (muscle building/hypertrophy) it can be detrimental.

Try to cut a bit, let's say to 20% body fat so you keep the strength. Build from that, your muscle density will show more and you might get that vascularity around the arms.

You have to find a compromise between performance (stength) and aesthetics (toned muscles). It's very possible, even as a natural but maybe at a lower body fat.
