Lets start off with it was the best decision i have ever made. Although i still may be young (14) the changes i went through within 6 months have forever changed my view on the world. As i started dieting and going to the gym my face started slimming down and looking thru tiktok and other sites to find good “softmaxxes” absolutely turned my looks in the right direction.
By month 4 of “looksmaxxing” (this is the month where i decided to dye my hair from blonde to brown and my eyebrows darker) approaching and talking to girls became way to easy. From someone who used to be rejected 80% of the time, to being able to talk to almost any girl i see has given me so much confidence.
The only con i have expirienced: Always being worried about eating certain foods because of calories and salt
