how ma shadowboxing beginner

also im only ok in the beginning then my punching muscles start to tire :(

im too cool to keep my hands up

shadow boxing is imagine you are fighting someone you look like you are just punching still try to focus on the basics and go slow but controlled and then slowly speed up again (so your punches hit hard and fast) i dont do boxing but i do have some information

I just do a lot of sets of all of those exercises.

1st few dodges were like "oh i have to dodge!" you gotta act fast the dodge around second 30 was pretty good after 30 seconds your form looked pretty good for a beginner again you look stiff (like you have a dumbell in your hand and are throwing a punch) you also think before you do a punch which (in theory) will get you hit in the face great because you arent fast enough there is improvement i see you using your feet more (footworks really important) more variety of punches and better form
