im too cool to keep my hands up
 
also im only ok in the beginning then my punching muscles start to tire :(

shadow boxing is imagine you are fighting someone you look like you are just punching still try to focus on the basics and go slow but controlled and then slowly speed up again (so your punches hit hard and fast) i dont do boxing but i do have some information

yeah i feel thats true, i think too much low repetition strength training made me kinda stiff when punching, im doing kettlebell swings now

you can punch the air as hard as you can but thats retarded try going slow and focus on form more than anything and add dodges to your shadowboxing also you look a bit stiff tuck your chin a bit aswell

This is my current training routine at home for punching power ( I hope ? ) I know that KB swings and grip stuff is good.

Training Dagelijks
Pullups
Kettlebell Swings
Kettlebell Press
Kettlebell Fat Gripz Extreme Row
Kettlebell Curl
Neck Curls
Neck Harness

I just do a lot of sets of all of those exercises.
 


i think it went better with visualization

1st few dodges were like "oh i have to dodge!" you gotta act fast the dodge around second 30 was pretty good after 30 seconds your form looked pretty good for a beginner again you look stiff (like you have a dumbell in your hand and are throwing a punch) you also think before you do a punch which (in theory) will get you hit in the face great because you arent fast enough there is improvement i see you using your feet more (footworks really important) more variety of punches and better form
