How malleable is nasal cartilage?

My nose cartridge is twisted towards one side and problem goes away when i forcibly bend it to the other side, can i do this over time to make my nose more symmetrical?

I used to do this as a kid, from the ages of like 3-14, dragging the tip of my nose down for like fifty times a day for over a decade. It may sound like im coping but i’m certain it played a role in my deviated septum and “saggy” tip

Yeah tbh i have a similar habit but except since forever i only wiped my nose with my left hand (elbow on left moving to left) and that’s where my nose bends towards
