I don't have an answer but I was wondering why would you get MLF3 instead of LF2 with orbital rim implants?

Cause bone<<< anything other
Also you can get Orbital implants after this surgery and have even more advancement
Also I know its not logical but mLf3 is less risky than Lefort 2 actually MLF3 is less risky than Lefort 1

Do you have pic of the MLF3 cut? I tried googling it but the only pics I found were of the oblique version.

In order to qualify for a LeFort III you will need atleast some degree of exophthalmos. Otherwise expanding the orbital volume will have bad effects on globe position.

which modification is best depends on many more factors than just downward growth. Would have to see pictures.

As another user said, the exact cuts are always tailored to the patient since everyone is different.

A non syndrome LeFort III would be about 5 to 7mm range.

In case of bulgy eyes due lack of sub orbital support.
is a Lefort 3 a good solution to avoid implants or the globe position gonna be an issue?

LeFort III can help with that, but is far from a main indication to have LeFort iii.

Having a LeFort III just to “avoid implants” is pretty absurd

Do you guys really talk about lf3 without having any deformity jfl, even getting lf1 is not that easy in this days if you haven't underbite.
