Forehead too big, chin to philtrum is fucked, eyes are small for the face.

Gonna do bimax in like a year, that'll fix the chin-philtrim and help the middle face

Then prolly frontoplasty/hair transplant for the forehead(which will look better already in terms of ratios due to bigger lower third after bimax)

Small eyes?? I think that they are actually a bit too wide and I wanted to do periorbitals at some point
