Currently leanmaxxing and want have visible abs (don't care about being shredded to the bone)
I used the stationary bike and burned 235 cals it said I know it's not accurate, believe I burned more than that but not sure exactly how much
My stats were
8 miles
235 cals (not accurate)
35 minutes (wanted to do more but couldn't)
good chunk of the workout resistance was between 3-5/10
