Youre in the wrong section but.... Use A TDEE calculator (link below) and put in those details abt yourself blah blah blah then itll spit you out your maintenance calories, use a tracking app like myfitnesspal or cronometer and use the calories the website told you over the span of like a couple weeks, and watch your weight while doing it. if your weight is going up then that calories amount is a surplus so reduce your calories from that point if you dont wanna be in surplus (if you do then keep those amount of calories but watch your body fat), if you stay at the same weight youre on maintenance and the website gave you your correct maintenance, if your weight is going down, guess what, youre in a deficit!!!!!

use the calorimeter app, its pretty useful. if you want a paid service use myfitnesspal.
just aim to hit roughly 300kcal surplus daily

You dont have a fast metabolism you just dont eat enough if you're not gaining weight
You need to eat more and make sure that you eat good protein packed foods because if you eat processed slop you're just going to end up being skinny fat, which is arguably a worse position to be in than just being skinny
you don't just want to gain weight though, specifically you want to gain muscle mass, so make sure you're consistant with exercise

though at your age maybe you're still growing in height so maybe that's where the calories you've been eating have been going. Usually when it comes to looksmaxxing people say lean is law which is true but calorie deficits during puberty can stunt your growth so don't worry about that for now just worry about optimising your development by living and eating healthily, good luck young chud
