How many calories do you all eat per day?

I'm seriously interested in how much average guys eat, because I'm cutting at 2200 and I can't believe eating this little is considered normal. I always hear skinny guys claiming they can eat a ton of food but then it's like 2000 max. If I wasn't restricting myself I'd eat 5000 per day easy. Say your height and weight too so I can get a better idea.

usually i try 3000 a day, grandma has been forcing me to eat so im probably easily eating 3.75k a day

6’4 165lbs, i work a physical job and workout often but since i started eating like this a few months ago ive gained 20lbs and stayed similar bodyfat
 
1900. nothing more than 2000
 
3500 roughly as a.minimum sometimes 4000 +
 
i dont count but ive lost like 3-4 kg in the past month im eating one meal less

1600 at 6‘4 and 170lbs
but when maintaining weight probably like 2300

1700-1800 at cut, ~2.3 to 2.8k at bulk, maintenance around 2000-2100. Protein intake always at 170 to 210 g. Except when I’m weightlifting I’m quite sedentary. 6’0, 79 kg. Anything more than 2100 with my lifestyle and I start gaining fat

I’m doing an extreme diet rn for the next month to drop fast, just tuna and cottage in the morning which is like 400 calories and then I just drink like 2 liters of Coke Zero throughout the day and eat like 800-1k calories at night and sleep
 
around 1000 at the moment due to cutting. still exercising to retain muscle mass. normally eat around 3000 to be honest. 16% bodyfat, 6'1 and 87kg

Don't do that. Eat at 200-500 deficit only. More than 500 and body will enter starvation mode( body will hold fat). I've been there believe me
