My TDEE is around 2800. I’m like 185 18% bf with elite level strength but I only train for hypertrophy

What your bench pr?
I can probably do 315 but I don’t flat bench at all. Like for my regular smith machine incline workout I rep out 245 for 10-12, overhead press 95 lbs each arm, can do 20-30 pull-ups/chin-ups etc. I’m just strong in the movements I workout weekly

yes but pretty much nothing comes out when I nut now, I beat my shi like 8-10 times a day on the low end

I dont think you get what im saying. Your body natually lose calories to perform essential functions, like breathing, circulating blood, and regulating body temperature. I lose ~1700cal a day just by being alive, u can calculate that just write tdee calculator or bmr calculator on google. Now if you r asking if i do any exercise in order to lose weight or calories i dont, i go to the gym frequently but never put a step on a treadmill or any other cardio machine.

I workout everyday I walk at least 2 hours daily as well

I don't know how much I'm losing weight because I drink water, but my face has really become more defined after walkmaxxing every day for a week now :feelshmm:
