how many calories do you consume a day approximately? and how tall are you? say both

around 2000+ and 6'3

bodyweight and bodycomp matters too, im around 200 lbs and 18%bf

sometimes i get really hungry then I drink water or cola zero
 
6’4 and I eat whatever I want when I want.

Raw milk, raw meat, raw eggs.

Am trying to grow to 7’0.

only on weekdays as then I pay for my own food.
4 eggs, 2 slices salami, 4 slices bread, cheese on the bread
 
around 700 and I’m around 6’3.5

6’ 126 lb, since i’m cutting i’m eating one meal every two days so like 400 cals daily

normally about 1300

how much do you weight? and how is your face when it comes to fat? i’m 5’7 literally eating 1300 calories a day
156 lbs and around 12% bodyfat. I have extremely fast merabolism so i have to eat 5000 (clean) cals to maintain my weight. No cheat meal or cheat days!
My face is chiseled and jawline is sharp.
 
For some reason i’ve never really been a hungry person.
I dont eat breakfest
And I usually eat lunch around 2-4
But I usually have a pretty big dinner
Rinse and repeat
Im 6’1 with shoes on 6’0 without
 
5’11; around 5000 calories.
My metabolism is fast as fuck, although it slowly starts to decline (almost 26 now),
so I don’t get fat.
 
~1850 kcal on cut, 6’0
 
bulking around 6-7k depending on my appetite.
