Just like the title says I’ve been trying to eat Whole Foods only now but I just realized bulking is impossible i literally eat 1kg of meat 500ml of milk some nuts and still not enough calories I want to make some bulking shakes but they contain Jewish estrogenic crap like oats and peanut butter so how I eat that many calories.
