How they hell do I eat 4K calories a day on a lean bulk?

Just like the title says I’ve been trying to eat Whole Foods only now but I just realized bulking is impossible i literally eat 1kg of meat 500ml of milk some nuts and still not enough calories I want to make some bulking shakes but they contain Jewish estrogenic crap like oats and peanut butter so how I eat that many calories. Also is creatine worth it for gym or not cause I heard there where side

450g of lean beef is 1250 calories + 2 avocados is 500 calories. Thats just dinner lol

Just dirty bulk bro

Doing anything for the sake of health until you're at least 25 is retarded

The only downsides to dirty bulking are Bloating and acne

If you're that reccesed and need your face to be lean just use lasix when you need to, and take tret to prevent acne

I'd suggest to lean bulk aka maintain(you ain't bulking for shit boy) until you do a tret cycle

After tret, you shouldn't get any acne and you'll be able to dirty bulk without acne

I'm drinking shots of vegetable oil while writing this:p:lul::chad:



AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't ever think about not using tret or min or brow dye because of parents

Be low inhib and tell them to rim you





I made a mistake of not using tret before dirty bulking and now I'm full of acne, but idgaf since I'll end it in two weeks

I went from 72kg at 177cm to 80kg from with .animal body fat gain

Still sub 20, bench went up 20kg, deadlift 35kg and squat 25kg and ohp for 17.5kg
 
Yeah I eat like 20 of em but that means only 200 calories:feelswhy: I want to try oats peanut butter pasta and some wraps but they all decrease test so less gains
eat dates they're 60 calories each
