Yes I go gym, Just like usual don’t change a thing. Just east something before you go, something small.do you do any physical activity, cardio? weightlifting?
tryna decide weirder i should increase my cal intake. my seditariy maintenance is 2200, but my physical activity is pretty high cardio wise, ranging from 20-30k steps a day usually.Yes I go gym, Just like usual don’t change a thing. Just east something before you go, something small.
If you're already burning 500+ calories without going to the gym, maintain a daily intake of 1900-2000 calories, depending on your goal.tryna decide weirder i should increase my cal intake. my seditariy maintenance is 2200, but my physical activity is pretty high cardio wise, ranging from 20-30k steps a day usually.
tryna decide of weather i eat at like 1.9k-2k or stick to 1.6k daily tbh. i’ll probably end up hitting 30k today also.

Dude that’s way too little for a grown man. It depends on your height and weight but 1600 is less than a teenage girl1600 not to less not to much.
by without going gym, u mean through cardio and just daily activity? If you're already burning 500+ calories without going to the gym,
how many you cut on? do u do cardio?Dude that’s way too little for a grown man. It depends on your height and weight but 1600 is less than a teenage girl
I don’t cut because I started skinny. I’m on a slight bulk of about 3300-3500 calories daily and I play sports as cardio so I burn a lot of calories doing that.how many you cut on? do u do cardio?
if u were to cut, how many would u cut onI don’t cut because I started skinny. I’m on a slight bulk of about 3300-3500 calories daily and I play sports as cardio so I burn a lot of calories doing that.
did u do cardio? At the end of cut 2100 was the lowest I ever did. I was thinking about food 24/7.
I know, but it also depends on what you eat. I avoid shit food when doing this and don't do it too often or for extended periods. The best approach is slow and steady.Dude that’s way too little for a grown man. It depends on your height and weight but 1600 is less than a teenage girl
Just daily activity no cardio as well. What is your goal?by without going gym, u mean through cardio and just daily activity?
also what would you say minimum intake would beI don’t cut because I started skinny. I’m on a slight bulk of about 3300-3500 calories daily and I play sports as cardio so I burn a lot of calories doing that.
fat loss is the goal.Just daily activity no cardio as well. What is your goal?
I was gym only no cardio and I was 75kg back then. It was my 1st ever cut and I was dumb as fuck. 10 years later I still remember how painful it was to eat 800 kcal breakfast and I was almost half way into all calories for that day.did u do cardio?
gym?
or nothing?
yeah got that feeling now lol. i got about 900 cals left for the day. 4pm. all clean foods tho, like meats, eggs etcI was gym only no cardio and I was 75kg back then. It was my 1st ever cut and I was dumb as fuck. 10 years later I still remember how painful it was to eat 800 kcal breakfast and I was almost half way into all calories for that day.
For me personally i would go for like 2300 maybe. But look up a calorie calculator and put your stats in to see how much you should intake a day to lose however many pounds, it works pretty wellif u were to cut, how many would u cut on
with these tho idk what to enter as activity level since it varies per day and per weekFor me personally i would go for like 2300 maybe. But look up a calorie calculator and put your stats in to see how much you should intake a day to lose however many pounds, it works pretty well
If that’s your goal, then yes, keep your calorie intake high, maybe ven higher than 2k. Eat a balanced diet with enough protein and essential fats, and drink plenty of water. However, I recommend incorporating muscle building as well, because you might lose some muscle. Also, having more muscle will increase your resting calorie burn.fat loss is the goal.
i enjoy walking so ill keep doing it and will keep on getting the steps in which does burn a good amount of cals. 30k steps burins like 1k cals think. should i stick to 2000 then?
for fat loss? why?If that’s your goal, then yes, keep your calorie intake high.
yeah will do, hardest part is legit water intake lol, i eat pretty cleanEat a balanced diet with enough protein and essential fats, and drink plenty of water
yeah i am going gym with high protein intake to make sure i retain what muscle i have while leanmax. However, I recommend incorporating muscle building as well, because you might lose some muscle. Also, having more muscle will increase your resting calorie burn.
I suggest you first get consistent with working out, then input that. If you workout inconsistently then it won’t be as accurate results you’re looking for if you rely on the calculatorwith these tho idk what to enter as activity level since it varies per day and per week

should i select little or no exercise to see what my true maintenance cals is (since bmr would be if i was in a coma or some shit)?
what would you classify upwards of 20k steps (sometimes 30k) a day in activity level?I suggest you first get consistent with working out, then input that. If you workout inconsistently then it won’t be as accurate results you’re looking for if you rely on the calculator
what’s ur maintenance? any idea?2000 - 2200.
I'm not willpower-maxxed yet, though.
10km = 500cal roughlywhat would you classify upwards of 20k steps (sometimes 30k) a day in activity level?
yeah app says i burnt 1k or so from 30k steps10km = 500cal roughly
I guess very intense exercise. Walking elevates heart rate, do you have resistance training days or just cardio?what would you classify upwards of 20k steps (sometimes 30k) a day in activity level?

it takes 4 hours roughly to do 30k
Burning 1,000 calories on a low calorie diet is harmful to your health and counterproductive to your goals. Without enough calories, your body lacks the energy to burn fat and will start using muscle for fuel, leading to muscle loss. Also, maintaining a low calorie diet will be mentally hard to sustain.for fat loss? why?
Water is crucial, especially since you're doing cardio. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day, but given your activity level, drink 10-12 glasses of pure water daily. It will also help with fat burning.yeah will do, hardest part is legit water intake lol, i eat pretty clean
Great, eat well, rest well, make a plan, stick to it, and keep it simple and manageable.yeah i am going gym with high protein intake to make sure i retain what muscle i have while leanmax.
at the moment, i’ve been going gym daily, but i’ll be going on holiday in 3 days and want to continue the leanmax. i’ll still manage my 20-30k steps but gym is realistically not gonna happen (last holiday, like 2 weeks ago i managed all 20k min steps, but not gym once)I guess very intense exercise. Walking elevates heart rate, do you have resistance training days or just cardio?
what would you consider my activity level?but given your activity level,
If 30k steps with out any break I would say intense.what would you consider my activity level?
View attachment 3023274
tryna use that calculator but idk what do classify my activity as, since everyone walks ig. they aren’t doing 30k steps tho.
it’s throughout the day. in like hour long chunksIf 30k steps with out any break I would say intense.
he many steps was that, any idea?i lost 8 kgs in 2.5 months
What i did is
Ate in calorie deficit arnd 1500 cals, reduced carbs
cut the processed and junk only 1 cheat meal a week
Walked 1.5 hrs everyday
Gym at home 1 hr with light weight
Staying active and strict diet is key
Arnd 6 kms 10 k maybe discipline and consistency is keyhe many steps was that, any idea?
agree but i just can’t stay at 1500, only if i do nothing maybe. i have cut carbs a lot, and eating clean, which i enjoy, but i do crave a lot, but i feel if i cheat its gonna ruin my progress. was thinking of having big cheat meal, maybe of 2.3k cals then not eat the rest of the day lol. maintenance is 2.5-2.8k depending on activity
when you did cheat meals, those days did u go over your daily cal intake for your cut?Arnd 6 kms 10 k maybe discipline and consistency is key
Yea i mean i added it but it doesnt matter if u eat one cheat meal a day in a weekwhen you did cheat meals, those days did u go over your daily cal intake for your cut?
ye ik. my mind is fucked jfl thinking that one cheat meal is gonna ruin days of progress.Yea i mean i added it but it doesnt matter if u eat one cheat meal a day in a week
I'm fat AF, 20-22% BF. It's quite low for me, losing weight quite quickly now.what’s ur maintenance? any idea?
Its fine if he’s getting his nutrientsDude that’s way too little for a grown man. It depends on your height and weight but 1600 is less than a teenage girl
U fucked ur metabolismFor the 30 days, I've been at a deficit of around 800 calories a day. I've been trying to eat only 1700 calories max daily. I've gone down from 210 lbs, to 200 lbs. I feel fine. I don't feel like I'm starving or anything so I'm going to keep this diet up until I'm around 150-160 lbs.
Then it’s considered moderate.it’s throughout the day. in like hour long chunks
