makes sense.. iam 183 and 66kg so at 2000kcal is way close to my bmr.. and i usually just do calisthenics or go for a run everyday so if i set up higher than 1500 i think i could be eating in maintenaince considering error margindepends on activity level.
i’ve done 20k steps and 20 mins incline treadmill after gym. deciding where i stay at 1500 or bump to 2k today
