why so high?
depends on activity level.

i’ve done 20k steps and 20 mins incline treadmill after gym. deciding where i stay at 1500 or bump to 2k today

makes sense.. iam 183 and 66kg so at 2000kcal is way close to my bmr.. and i usually just do calisthenics or go for a run everyday so if i set up higher than 1500 i think i could be eating in maintenaince considering error margin


but tbh.. set a range and follow it

yeah i think 2k would be your sedentary maintenance. you’d still lose since your tdee is likely higher since you run and calisthenics. would be a smaller deficit like 500 a day tho.

700, i dont lose any muscle and i eat just chicken breast with pickles and other preserved veg for flavour

Basically PSFM (protein sparing modified fast) meaning most of your calories from protein and very little fat and carb like sub 20g?

Didn’t you have a binge eating problem? i saw an old thread.

im starting to see upper abs and today was the first day im feeling INTENSE hunger and ate like 1700 kcal.. need to pay attention to the body tbh but so far so good, no weakness till now

yeah but i have abt 1 gram of caffeine spread throughout the day and i vape during them aswell and it kills my appetite but its always short lived because i gain it all back in no time since i dont stick to them long enough to lose enough

how long you managed the 709 cals did?

tbh when i was lean asf i could binge on like 10k and be back within 3/4 days and id just repeat. just gotta get lean in the first place. christmas fucked me over

i used to wake up with a headache, my arms shrunk from 16 to 13.5 inches, the taste of food gave me crazy euphoria, and welp, off course i felt like shit and tired

1500 mostly protein for an extended time (with like a one cheat full retard day a week) would get me lean ngl easy

Too little is not good for your mental health 'shock' is not that good... Calc shows my maintenance at 1850 or something, when full on gym mode 2000 would be even good and deficit more than 500..
Basically 500-1000 under is optimal hmm
 
legit 1400 or so, til the end of the month
gottaa get to 10-12% bf no matter what
