Why the fuck am I failing to leanmax every damn time?

I swear every single fucking time something puts me down while leanmaxing, which gets me all emotional and leaves me with an incredible urge to eat like a fat pig like there is no tomorrow.

I got to leanmax until October. It should not be too hard, but I have been failing to do this since July 2021. Yes, 4 years being a fucking loser and failure. I hate myself.
