yea im eating around 2300 calories a day. I'm logging the pizza at 1100. How much do you think you're supposed to eat while on a deficit. Starving urself ruins ur metabolism. Max deficit of 500 is allowed. Mine will be 200 deficit plus 300-400 calories from walking 10k steps
