how many calories does my workout burn?

bicycle crunches
tricep dips
bulgarian split squats
pullups

all of them 1 set of slow reps to failure

every single day

how much will i burn? might also start doing rows with my desk if i have time

btw most of the time i do it when i first wake up or after i just ate a banana
