Hey how much calories should I cut I want to decrease my bf% but I don't want to mess with my development in currently
14 yrs old
1.65
55 Kg
Im not fat but I want to be even more defined pls help :)

Don't track your calories, just stop eating all carbohydrates. Only eat chicken, steak, eggs, and beef. Preferably raw

Go to a TDEE calculator. Search TDEE calculate on Google

Yes carbs are hella important. Just go into a small deficit of 300ish calories under your maintenance and you’ll lose body fat slowly but it really shouldn’t fuck up your development. You can look up maintenance calculator or ask chat gpt, you’ll have to do a bit of experimenting to find maintenance after you get the number. You also need to track every single liquid and food that goes into your body in an app. There’s a completely free one I use called “MacroTracker” I got it on iPhone idk if it’s on google play.
