Hello, I want to learn more about reta if anyone can give me tips I have no idea how much shit to take, I know that it reduces fat. I am currently on test gh and aromasin and want to take reta during the end of my cycle. how much mg should I take per week?

Start off doing 1-1.5MG based on bodyweight bulbous dose (weekly). After you find your proper dose you split it up into 2 dosages per week (i.e Sunday Thursday) to mitigate side effects while titrating up. Very important to not titrate too quickly and think it's not doing it's job just cause you are able to eat >1000kcal a day, I titrated up week 2 and ended up having to drink my calories for a few days cause too suppressed appetite.
