How many calories should i eat in a day?

I am between 71 73 kg, how much should i eat everyday?
I used to weigh almost 100kg, and i dont want to go there again
I am 192,5 and 16 yrs old
I have had 2000 calories today.

You can't eat any calories at all as they're units of heat. You can't eat a calorie. No human in history has ever eaten a calorie. It's a psyop.

atleast 5 daily id recommend, i usually do 6 eggs in the mornings
